Rafael Morillo speaks at INAIPI’s Quality Week

Santo Domingo. – Within the framework of Quality Week, organized by the National Institute for Comprehensive Care for Early Childhood (INAIPI), engineer Rafael Morillo participated as the main speaker, sharing important reflections and contributions on quality management and continuous improvement in public institutions. During his presentation, Ing. Morillo addressed key issues related to the strengthening of institutional processes, the culture of quality, efficiency in the provision of services, and the importance of standardization as a tool to guarantee sustainable and citizen-oriented results. He also highlighted the strategic role of quality in fulfilling the mission objectives and generating public value.
