Santo Domingo.- The drone unit of the National Emergency and Security Attention Service (911) accompanies the different organizations that are carrying out search efforts for the three-year-old child Roldanis Calderón who disappeared last Sunday, March 30, in a rural community of the municipal district of Manabao, in the municipality of Jarabacoa, province of La Vega.
Throughout yesterday, Tuesday, two teams from the aforementioned 911 unit were conducting searches with thermal cameras and high-resolution cameras in a mountain in Jarabacoa.

The search efforts are led by the Criminal Investigations Directorate of the National Police (Dicrim) and the Public Prosecutor's Office.
Also participating are brigades from the Civil Defense, the Dominican Republic Army, firefighters from Manabao, and park rangers from the Ministry of Environment.
It should be noted that 911 has implemented an advanced artificial intelligence tool, developed locally with the support of the United States.
This technology, implemented through drones, has been designed for object detection and is applied to the analysis of videos captured by drones.
It was used during the search for the Indian tourist Sudiska Konanki, who disappeared last month in a hotel in Punta Cana.
