Go RD! Caramelo, first Dominican to win “La Casa de los Famosos” on Telemundo

Santo Domingo.- Dominican influencer Carlos Antonio Cruz, known as “Caramelo”, the only representative of the Dominican Republic in the reality show “La Casa de los Famosos All-Stars”, emerged as the top winner of the controversial show on the Telemundo network.

After securing the positive vote from the public, Caramelo took home the briefcase with the 200,000 dollars corresponding to first place in the reality show, raising the Dominican flag high and becoming the first Quisqueyano to achieve victory.

Hand in hand with the first place of the "All Stars" edition of the reality show, Caramelo also becomes the first man to obtain the title in the history of the reality show. After Caramelo's first place, the competition concluded with the Italian Luca Onestini in second place, the singer and reality TV figure Rey Grupero in third, the fitness content creator Rosa Caiafa in fourth place, and the actor Paulo Quevedo in fifth place.

From the first day of the competition, Caramelo became one of the most popular participants in the house despite being one of the new members in the reality show.

His authenticity, sense of humor, and flow led him to resonate with the popular taste and become one of the most supported by the public, managing on more than one occasion to avoid the elimination line. Carlos Antonio Cruz, the influencer's given name, faced all sorts of situations inside the house, putting aside the difficulties and showing his true personality and essence.
