Announce third edition of the Dominican Cigar Expo 2025 in Santiago de los Caballeros

Santo Domingo.– The Dominican Cigar and Tobacco Association (ADOCITAB), announced the third edition of the Dominican Cigar Expo, which will be held from June 20 to 22 in the Central Park of Santiago de los Caballeros, recognized as the world tobacco capital.

Francisco Matos Mansebo, operational technical director of ADOCITAB, extended the invitation to all tobacco lovers to be part of this day that will bring together more than 40 companies in the sector, including micro, medium and large brands. The event will be an international showcase to reaffirm the Dominican Republic's leadership in the tobacco industry. Matos highlighted that the Dominican Cigar Expo will be held in the only country in the world that has declared tobacco as a Cultural Heritage of the Nation, and where, in addition, there is a monument dedicated to the cigar. "We come to the capital to invite and summon all those who enjoy the best tobacco in the world," Matos expressed.

From his side, Carlos Guerrero, businessman and member of the organizing team, assured that “the expectations are very high”, as the Dominican Republic has taken the lead in the global positioning of tobacco, and important surprises are expected during the three days of the event. In addition to exhibitions, the fair will include parties, tastings, pairings, specialized talks, tastings, artistic proposals and networking spaces.
