Several homes are affected by a fire in the Elías Santana sector, Jarabacoa

Jarabacoa.– An fire recorded in the Elías Santana sector, of the municipality of Jarabacoa, affected several homes, which are preliminarily presumed to have been inhabited by Haitian citizens, also extending to nearby houses. So far, the causes that originated the fire are unknown. Units from the Jarabacoa Fire Department, the National Police, the DICRIM, and the National Emergency and Security Attention System 9-1-1 attended the scene, working in a coordinated manner to control the fire and protect the residents of the area.
