Netanyahu on the attacks on Iran: "We will continue with all our might"

Jerusalem.- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Saturday that Israel will continue its offensive against Iran "with all its might" and that it is changing "the face of the Middle East."

"We have made Israel a regional power," he said during a statement broadcast at the end of the Sabbath, in which he guaranteed that nothing will happen to members of the Iranian regime who lay down their arms. Furthermore, the leader directly addressed the Lebanese government, stating that dismantling the Shiite armed group Hezbollah is their responsibility. "If they don't," Netanyahu threatened, "Hezbollah's aggression will bring disastrous consequences for Lebanon." During his appearance, the leader expressed his support for the "twelve neighboring countries of Iran," and stated that a large part of them have sought the cooperation of the Israeli Army to defend themselves from Iranian missiles during the last week. The Prime Minister celebrated during his speech the close collaboration between Israel and the United States and reiterated his gratitude to the American President, Donald Trump.

Next Phase of the Offensive Against «Key Sites» in Iran

The Israeli Army spokesman, Effie Defrin, stated this Saturday that the next phase of Israel's offensive against Iran has begun and involves the expansion of attacks against more "key sites" of the ayatollahs' regime. In this context, the Israeli army attacked two of Iran's main ballistic missile production plants over the weekend, located in Parchin and Shahrud, according to Defrin in his daily video message addressed to the Israeli population. Among the objectives achieved include, according to the Army, factories of explosive materials for ballistic missile warheads, production plants for engines for the projectiles and "a complex used for the research, development, assembly and production of advanced cruise missiles". In addition, Defrin stated that since the beginning of its military operation alongside the U.S., which this Saturday marks a week, Israel has carried out about "3,400 attacks throughout Iran" and disabled "more than 150 defense systems", for which its Air Force has used "about 7,500 munitions".
