Canva suffers global outage and leaves thousands of users without service

Mexico. – The online graphic design platform Canva registered a global outage on the afternoon of this Sunday, affecting thousands of users in different countries. The service interruption has prevented access to the tool, widely used by students, companies, and professionals for creating visual content, which has caused delays in academic work and work projects.

Users on social media reported difficulties logging into their accounts, loading designs, or starting new projects, demonstrating the scope of the failure at an international level.

So far, Canva has not offered details on the causes of the failure nor has it reported an estimated time for the service to be restored, which has increased uncertainty among those who depend on the platform for their daily activities.
