A video circulating on social media has intensified the controversy surrounding the statements of Maripily Rivera, who claimed not to know the aspiring singer Jovani Vázquez.
The situation arises from Vázquez's participation in the program Planeta Alofoke, where, during a "truth or shot?" type question dynamic, he was questioned about whether he had been with any woman from the artistic world. In response, the young man mentioned Maripily, pointing out that they met in a hotel room in the United States.
However, after the immediate reaction of those present, Vázquez himself clarified that no intimate relationship occurred, explaining that they both simply slept in the same room, each in their respective bed. “Nothing happened”, he reiterated, also sending her a warm greeting.
