La Vega, R.D.– Members of the Regional Intelligence Sub-Directorate (DINTEL) of the National Police arrested Miguelangel Moronta Meregildo, 27 years old, in the act during a focused operation carried out in the Villa Rosa sector of this city.
According to the preliminary report, the detainee was found with a Baredda brand blank pistol, 9mm PAK caliber, with its magazine and eight capsules, which he was carrying without any documentation, as well as a cell phone.
The intervention is part of the preventive and intelligence actions developed by the National Police to strengthen citizen security in the province.
