10-year-old boy found dead in Hato Damas; circumstances of the event under investigation

San Cristóbal.– The death of the 10-year-old boy Raudiel Martínez Corporán has generated consternation in the community of Hato Damas, after preliminary versions indicated that four teenagers would be involved in the event that occurred last Wednesday. The minor had been reported missing by his family and was later found dead in a ravine in the aforementioned community, located in the province of San Cristóbal. According to unofficial information, the incident allegedly occurred due to personal differences related to the supposed theft of a fish, a situation that would have triggered the conflict between those involved.

So far, the authorities have not offered an official version of the circumstances of the case nor have they revealed the identities of the alleged perpetrators, while investigations continue to clarify what happened.
