The hearing to request a coercive measure against those involved in the so-called Operation Lobo, a case involving 10 military personnel, both active and retired, as well as several businessmen, was postponed until tomorrow at 2:00 PM.
The decision was made by the court at the request of the parties, in order to have more time to review the Public Prosecutor's file.
The Public Ministry's investigation, originating from a complaint by the General Directorate of Ethics and Governmental Integrity, details a criminal scheme allegedly headed by public officials and entrepreneurs who used the company Servicios Nacional de Seguridad Integral SRL (Senase) as a platform to channel bribes.
