Santo Domingo Este. – The Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario (ITSC) achieved the maximum score of 100 out of 100 in the Public Procurement Monitoring System (SISCOMPRAS), corresponding to the first quarter of 2026, positioning itself among the institutions with the best performance in the management of purchases of the Dominican State.
The SISCOMPRAS, a tool developed by the General Directorate of Public Contracting, evaluates compliance with current regulations through records in the Transactional Portal, taking into account indicators related to the planning, execution, and administration of contracting processes.
The measurement is carried out quarterly on a scale of 0 to 100 points, classifying institutions into red (0-59), yellow (60-79) and green (80-100) levels. With the obtained qualification, the ITSC is located at the highest performance level.
The rector of ITSC, José Ramón Holguín Brito, highlighted that this result reflects the institutional commitment to transparency and efficiency in public administration. "This achievement demonstrates organized management, aligned with the principles of accountability and good practices," he expressed.
