Victims of the tragic accident in Jamao al Norte are identified; they were from the municipality of Esperanza

Esperanza, Valverde. – Several of the fatalities from the tragic traffic accident that occurred on Sunday night on the Jamao al Norte highway, in Espaillat province, have been identified, an event that has filled the municipality of Esperanza, in Valverde, with mourning.

Among the deceased are:

• Winifer Aragonés, a young woman much loved in her community.
• Iván de Jesús Almonte, resident of the Tito Cabrera neighborhood.
• José Antonio González, also from Esperanza.
• Liz Molina, who worked as a driver and lived in the La Clase neighborhood.

The National Emergency and Security Attention System 911 reported that as a result of the accident, 18 people were injured. The incident involved a bus carrying a group of people, including children and adults, who were returning from a trip, according to information provided by 911.
