Santo Domingo.- Relatives of Yoskar Yonibeth Ortiz, 28 years old, reported his disappearance on Monday, the 25th of this month, and request the collaboration of the citizenry to find his whereabouts.
Ortiz resides in the Manganagua sector and according to his relatives, he was in a depressive state. He had been under psychiatric treatment, which he paused days before his disappearance.
