From there, 50 aircraft departed, reducing to nothing the old bunker of Ali Khamenei in the Iranian capital, while notice was given of new attacks against the Hezbollah stronghold in southern Beirut, the Dahiyya neighborhood. The clashes have been going on for a week, and according to Israeli military sources, a large part of the Iranian air defense systems and missile launchers were neutralized. From Washington, the US Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, described as a "miscalculation" that Iran thinks the US cannot sustain the attacks. Donald Trump called considering sending U.S. ground troops to the Persian country "a waste of time" after the warning from Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, since the authorities of the regime "have lost everything". "They have lost their Navy. They have lost everything they can lose," he emphasized.
