Australian model Annie Knight, known for her content on OnlyFans, was hospitalized this week after performing an unprecedented sexual event: she had relations with 583 men in just six hours. The feat, which far surpassed her previous record of 24 partners in one day, sparked a strong reaction on social media and ignited the debate about the limits of extreme content on digital platforms.
Knight, 28, confirmed his hospitalization last Tuesday, May 20, through a social media post, where he was shown in a medical gown and humorously commented: "I guess being with 583 guys in a day isn't so good for your body."
In exclusive statements to Us Weekly, the content creator explained that the most difficult thing was not the act itself, but the physical and emotional consequences that came after. “It simply came to a point where my body said: ‘Hey, high cortisol can't work like this’,” she stated. The young woman detailed that she suffers from endometriosis, and that the physical wear and tear and stress caused heavy and irregular bleeding, which forced her to seek medical attention.

The days leading up to the event were also marked by a high emotional burden, as Knight was finalizing the purchase of her house, which added tension to the already demanding challenge. “I am exhausted and burned out, but the prognosis is good. I just need a week of rest, sun, and calm,” assured the model, who maintains a positive attitude about her recovery.
Regarding the logistics of the meeting, Knight revealed that many of the participants traveled long distances to attend. “I had guys who drove six hours or flew from other states just to be there. It was crazy,” he recounted. He also took the opportunity to defend them against criticism on social media: “It bothers me when they are attacked. They were just enjoying an opportunity that was presented to them.”
Engaged since March to her partner, Henry Brayshaw, Knight insisted that the entire event was consensual and does not represent an obstacle in her personal or professional life. “The more they hate me, the more views I get, and the more money I earn”, she stated.
The case has generated multiple reactions on social media and international media, among those who support it for exercising their individual freedom and those who question the physical and psychological risks of this type of content.
