Punta Cana. – Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort, was recognized as the Best Hotel to Celebrate Weddings in the sixth edition of the Latin American Wedding Awards (LAWA) 2025 and in the first national edition of the Dominican Republic Event Awards, during a gala held at the La Fiesta Theater of the Hotel Jaragua. 

The resort received three important awards in the categories of Best Wedding Venue Hotel in the Eastern Region, Best Wedding Hotel in the Dominican Republic, and Best Wedding Hotel in Latin America, consolidating its leadership in romance tourism and events in the region.

The LAWA 2025 awards held during a memorable evening, featured the participation of experts from the wedding, romance tourism, and meetings industry, from 12 Latin American and Caribbean countries including Chile, Peru, United States, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Colombia and Dominican Republic.
