Azua.- The director of the Educational District 03-01 of Azua, Marino Lebrón Aquino, requested the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INDRHI) to promptly intervene in the El Concón ravine, located in the Buenos Aires sector of the El Prado neighborhood, due to the danger it represents for the residents and the educational community of the Experimental UASD High School.
The request was addressed to engineer Olmedo Caba Romano, in which it is stated that the lack of drainage conditioning has caused serious difficulties, especially in times of rain, affecting the development of classes and endangering the safety of those who pass through the place.
He also explained that the ravine runs along the perimeter wall of the educational center and has eroded the sediments that support it, leaving part of the structure exposed and in vulnerable conditions.
