Family demands justice after the death of an 18-year-old in an incident over debt in Vista del Valle in SFM

San Francisco de Macorís.- The mother of Stacy Emmanuel Núñez, an 18-year-old who died after being stabbed during an incident in Vista del Valle, demanded justice and recounted through tears how she witnessed her son's final moments.
The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, when Núñez went with his mother to the apartment where he lived with some cousins to collect his belongings and claim a debt of money. As the woman explained, days earlier her son had been threatened by an individual identified only as Cristian, who at the time of the claim refused to return the money and attacked him with a knife. During the confrontation, the mother claims that she was also assaulted by the aggressor's partner, while trying to protect her son and her young daughter, two years old, whom she was holding in her arms.
