Bonao.– In an environment of fellowship and recognition, the Bonao Firefighters Aid Patronage, headed by its president Alex Sánchez, along with his team, offered a Christmas dinner to the men and women who make up the Fire Department of this municipality. During the activity, Colonel of the Firefighters, Modesto Espinal, expressed his gratitude to the board for the constant concern and the effort made to carry out this sharing, highlighting the support received by those who day after day remain on alert to protect lives and property in Bonao. From his side, Alex Sánchez, president of the Patronato de Ayuda a los Bomberos, stated that this Christmas dinner represents a gesture of gratitude and recognition for the sacrifice and vocation of service of the firefighters.In the meeting, the mayor of the municipality of Bonao, Eberto Núñez, also participated, who reaffirmed his commitment to continue supporting the Fire Department, calling them an essential institution for citizen security and ensuring that he will always be allied with the best causes in favor of the firefighters of Bonao. Also present were representatives from the Ministry of Interior and Police, who valued the work carried out by the Fire Department and reiterated the ministry's support for initiatives that strengthen response and citizen protection agencies in the municipality. The Christmas dinner served as a space for integration and recognition, strengthening the bonds of unity between the Patronato de Ayuda a los Bomberos, the municipal authorities, the Ministry of Interior and Police, and the men and women who daily watch over the safety and well-being of Bonao.“You are true heroes. From the board of trustees we will continue working to strengthen this institution and support those who are always willing to give their all for the community”, said Sánchez.
