San Antonio de Guerra.– The Municipal Council of San Antonio de Guerra reached position number 11 nationwide in the SISMAP Municipal ranking, also achieving second place in the Ozama Region, a result that reflects the progress made in terms of transparency, administrative efficiency, and institutional strengthening.
The management led by Mayor Francisco Rojas García has been recognized for promoting important actions aimed at the development of the municipality and the strengthening of public services for the benefit of the citizenry.
According to the published results, the council obtained outstanding scores in various areas of management, including Structure and Organization and Functions Manual, with 100%; Human Resources and Payroll, with 100%; Public Information Access Office, with 100%; compliance with deadlines, with 100%; as well as the preparation of the Participatory Budget, with a total valuation.
Likewise, the City Council reached 99% in the allocation of the budget for purchases and contracts destined for MSMEs and women, in addition to 94% in contracts formalized and published in the Electronic Public Procurement System.
Another highlight was the progress of the Municipal Development Plan, which is currently in its final stage for official delivery, reaching 90% completion.
