Judicial Power presents the Future Justice Plan 2034 today

Integrate the voice of more than 3,000 people in an innovative exercise of strategic planning and co-creation.

Santo Domingo.- The Justice of the Future Plan 2034 is the first in the Dominican Republic prepared through scenario planning and the most participatory in the history of the Judiciary and will be presented today starting at 8:00 p.m. in virtual format, via Youtube, Instagram and Facebook of the Judicial Branch. This plan establishes the roadmap that will mark the transformation of Dominican justice over the next 10 years, in order to deepen initiatives to continue making it more accessible, transparent, reliable, and people-centered.

"For over a year, around 210 working tables were developed in which more than 3,000 people and institutions participated nationwide, including the Executive, Legislative, judges, judicial servers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, academics, representatives of civil society and citizens who actively contributed to define the challenges, priorities and commitments that will guide justice towards 2034", explained the General Coordinator of Communications and Public Affairs of the Judiciary, Javier Cabreja.

The plan also constitutes a continuity and evolution of the process initiated with Justice Vision 2024, consolidating the progress made and projecting a future vision based on transparency, innovation, and participation.

The Justice Plan of the Future 2034 represents a historic milestone in Dominican justice, by projecting a closer, more modern and reliable institutional model, committed to the citizenry and the democratic future of the country.
