Mayor Junior Peralta oversees progress on the Nagua boardwalk and values investment in the work

The mayor of the municipality of Nagua, Junior Peralta, supervised this Thursday afternoon, along with the engineer in charge of the work, the progress in the construction of one of the returns that are part of the project to make viable and strengthen road safety on the boardwalk of this city.

During the tour, the authorities highlighted the importance of these works, which seek to improve vehicular flow and reduce risks for drivers and pedestrians in one of the most transited and emblematic areas of the municipality. Mayor Junior Peralta valued the investment being made in this work, calling it a firm step towards the integral development of Nagua. He assured that this intervention represents the starting point for the definitive takeoff of the entire Northeast region, positively impacting mobility, commerce, and tourism.

Likewise, Peralta expressed his gratitude to the engineer in charge of the project for taking him into account in each phase of the process, allowing him to take firsthand information to President Luis Abinader, as part of the constant monitoring of the works being carried out for the benefit of the population. Similarly, he highlighted that this work not only addresses a road need, but also adds significant added value to the destination Nagua, strengthening its tourist appeal and positioning it as a more organized, modern and safe city for residents and visitors.
