Monseñor Nouel Governorate activates security operation for Christmas festivities

Bonao.–The provincial governor of Monseñor Nouel, Adela Tejada, led the launch of the "Christmas with Guarantee 2.0-2025" operation, an initiative aimed at strengthening prevention, guidance, and response to emergencies during the Christmas festivities.

The event took place in the Provincial Government Hall, where the governor convened the organizations that make up the Prevention, Mitigation and Response Committee (CPMR), with the aim of coordinating joint actions in favor of the safety and well-being of the population. In the activity, representatives from the Fire Department, Civil Defense, Municipal Police, Dominican Red Cross, 9-1-1 System, Cibao Sur Directorate, Public Health, Educational District, Public Ministry, COBA, as well as other officials and collaborators from different governmental institutions participated.

During the launch, Governor Adela Tejada highlighted that this operation seeks to organize and coordinate the response agencies, making them available to the citizenry to guide, prevent incidents, and safeguard the lives of citizens, especially in a time when mobility and social activities increase. "Christmas with Guarantee 2.0-2025" reaffirms the commitment of the provincial authorities to work in a coordinated manner, promoting a safe, responsible, and harmonious Christmas for all families in the province of Monseñor Nouel.
