Pável Núñez pays tribute to Rubby Pérez and Víctor Víctor in his concert "Bipolarband"

Santo Domingo. - During his "Bipolarband" concert, held this Monday at the Hard Rock Cafe Santo Domingo, Pável Núñez paid an emotional tribute to two of the most important figures in Dominican music: Rubby Pérez and Víctor Víctor.

The tribute took place with the interpretation of the song "Fiesta para Dos", the second song of the night, in which Pável honored Rubby Pérez as performer and Víctor Víctor as composer of the work. This song performed by Pável in his concert is one of the most important themes in Rubby Pérez's discography and at the same time represents one of the most outstanding and representative works of Dominican music, reaffirming the high level of admiration for Víctor Víctor as a legend of composition.

It is remembered that Víctor Víctor passed away in 2020, due to COVID-19 on July 16, 2020, at the age of 71, after health complications that kept him hospitalized in Santo Domingo for several weeks, joining the victims of the global coronavirus pandemic. While Rubby Pérez lost his life in 2025, after being one of the fatalities of the tragedy that occurred at the Jet Set nightclub.
