The third restaging of the play "The Truth" premiered to a full house.

Santo Domingo.- The third restaging of the play "La Verdad" premiered this Friday night to a full house in the Máximo Avilés Blonda Hall. The staging features performances by Nashla Bogaert, David Maler, Frank Perozo and Crystal Jiménez, under the direction of Pepe Sierra and the production of Bougroup, revisiting a proposal that has connected with the public for its fun and critical look at relationships. The play begins with a setting inside a cabin-hotel, where situations typical of adult life unfold, such as lies, secrets, and infidelity. From the first moment, the staging surprises the audience with a sensual scene starring "Alicia", a character played by Nashla Bogaert, who appears in her underwear in the company of "Miguel", played by Frank Perozo, setting the provocative and direct tone of this comedy that invites reflection on how far the truth and lies go in relationships. In the plot, the character of "Laura", played by Crystal Jiménez, is also highlighted, who embodies Miguel's pregnant wife, who faces the tensions of a marriage marked by infidelity. During the performance, the audience maintained a special closeness with the actors, reacting with constant laughter and applause to the occurrences and situations presented on stage. You can also read: One of the funniest moments was starred by Pepe Sierra, who in addition to directing the play had a special participation playing a major general of the army, in a scene full of humor developed in a doctor's office with the characters of Alicia and Miguel. The play “La Verdad” will remain on the bill until March 21st at the Máximo Avilés Blonda Hall of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, concluding with a successful third season that has filled thousands of spectators with laughter and great reflections.
