Santo Domingo. – Deputy Attorney Wilson Camacho stated that the case of the National Service of Health and Agri-Food Quality (Senasa), processed under the so-called Operation Cobra, constitutes one of the most extensive and “the most sinister and cruel” files faced by the institution, because it directly affects a health insurance that protects more than eight million Dominicans, especially the poorest and most vulnerable population. Camacho pointed out: "It's one of the biggest cases we've had in the Public Ministry and the most sinister and cruel, especially because it affects something as essential as health, but in this case, an insurance that includes more than eight million Dominicans."
