Santo Domingo.– Student leaders belonging to the Punto de Encuentro Estudiantil (PE-18) movement filed a formal complaint this Monday with the academic authorities of the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, for the lack of publication of the final grades of more than 150 sections corresponding to the 2025-1 semester. The communication was addressed to the rector Editrudis Beltrán Crisóstomo, to the vice-rector of teaching Wilson Mejía, via the general secretary Pablo Valdez, with a copy to the deans of the different faculties. In it, the representatives Eliana Tineo (member of the Executive Committee of the FED) and Nicolle González (member of the University Council) demanded the immediate application of the sanctions contemplated in the institutional regulations. According to Article 47 of the Student Academic Performance Regulations, teachers have a period of 10 calendar days to submit final grades after the evaluation.
