Indianapolis. — On a night charged with tension and drama in Indianapolis, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander became the hero of the Oklahoma City Thunder by scoring 15 of his 35 points in the final quarter, guiding his team to a 10-point comeback in the second half to prevail 111-104 over the Indiana Pacers and tie the NBA Finals 2-2.

Despite registering its lowest three-pointer figure of the entire season (just three), the Thunder found a way to prevail thanks to timely defense, key rebounds, and the determination of its stars. Jalen Williams scored 27 points, Alex Caruso added 20, and Chet Holmgren had a crucial double-double with 14 points and 15 rebounds. The most surprising thing: Gilgeous-Alexander didn't dish out any assists for the first time this season, but he made up for it with his scoring production and leadership in key moments. For the Pacers, Pascal Siakam led the attack with 20 points, while Tyrese Haliburton and Obi Toppin contributed 18 and 17 units respectively, in a defeat that costs them to lose home advantage in the series.
