Licey celebrates customary Thanksgiving dinner

Santo Domingo.- The Athletic Club Licey celebrated this Thursday its usual dinner to commemorate Thanksgiving Day, along with its imported players, coaches and members of the board of directors. President Miguel Guerra Armenteros led the group of directors who attended the activity. He was accompanied by Miguel Ángel Fernández, former president and current treasurer, Domingo Pichardo, vice president, Jaime Alsina, director, Ricardo Ravelo, director, and Tancredo Aybar, director. "We want to take this moment to give thanks for everything around us, health, family, and for allowing us to share this moment as the great family we are", were the welcoming words of Guerra Armenteros, on behalf of the blue directive. Among the imported players who were present are David Hensley, Nico Tellache, Shaun Anderson, Hayden Senger, Cal Stevenson, Cameron Gann, Armando Álvarez and Víctor Labrada joined the group of foreign players of the Tigres.

The emblematic Women's Branch, which began this tradition more than five decades ago, was represented by its president Doña Mercedes Elmúdesi de Fernández, and other ladies belonging to this organization. The VP of Operations and General Manager, Audo Vicente, led the department in charge of recruiting players, accompanied by the director of baseball operations, Fabio Herrera, Félix Peguero, special advisor to the manager, and Manuel Rodríguez, director of analytics, as well as Mr. Fernando Ravelo Jana, current commentator for the club.
