New images reveal the unknown interior of Jeffrey Epstein's private island

A U.S. House of Representatives committee recently released a set of photographs and video fragments that show, for the first time with this level of detail, various interior and exterior spaces of Jeffrey Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The publication of the material is part of a legislative effort aimed at making all the evidence linked to the case transparent. The images —more than two hundred between photos and clips— allow to observe different areas of the property: rooms, bathrooms, common areas and service spaces. Among the elements that have attracted the most attention is a room equipped with a dentist's chair and walls adorned with disturbing-style faces, as well as a blackboard covered with brief messages related to themes of power and manipulation. Also included is the visual record of the main entrance to the island, which features a "no entry" sign, as well as living rooms, furniture and personal items that offer a glimpse into the daily operation of the residence. The documents were released by lawmakers as part of a broader review of the files associated with the financier's environment and the people linked to him. The committee that disseminated the material explained that the intention is to provide context and verifiable elements to the ongoing investigations, as well as to facilitate that citizens can directly know the evidence that existed on the property.
