Santo Domingo Este. — A traffic accident involving five vehicles occurred on the night of this Friday on San Vicente de Paúl Avenue near La Bomba in the Los Mina sector, without any injuries being reported.
The affected vehicles were a Toyota 4Runner SUV, a Nissan car, two Hyundai Sonatas, and a Mazda car, which sustained considerable material damage.
Units from the National Emergency Attention System 911 with ambulances arrived at the scene, as well as agents from the General Directorate of Traffic and Ground Transportation Safety (DIGESETT) and members of the National Police, who assisted those involved and carried out the corresponding survey.
Authorities reported that two people remain unidentified. In addition, it was reported that one of them had their wallet stolen during the incident, a fact that is under investigation.
Traffic in the area was temporarily affected while assistance and vehicle control work was carried out.
