InterEnergy Group announces leadership structure changes in the Dominican Republic

InterEnergy Group announced the evolution of its leadership structure as part of the continuity in the execution of its long-term strategy in the Dominican Republic. Starting February 15, 2026, Roberto Herrera, after more than 27 years performing executive functions and leading the Group's operations in the country, will assume new responsibilities. In this new stage, Herrera will serve as a strategic advisor to the Presidency and the management team, while continuing to actively participate in the boards of directors of InterEnergy and its main companies in the Dominican Republic. In his new role, he will continue to support strategic priority initiatives, strengthening the relationship with relevant actors and contributing to the identification of new development opportunities for the Group. During his career, Herrera made decisive contributions to the development, growth, and consolidation of InterEnergy and its companies, contributing to the positioning of CEPM, CEB, Energas, GEDOM, InterEnergy Systems, Activa, and Evergo. His management was key in building an organizational culture based on operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. InterEnergy Group expresses its deep gratitude for the leadership, commitment, and legacy built by Roberto Herrera during his executive management, and highlights that his contribution will continue to be relevant for the future of the organization. Leadership Transition This transition is supported by a highly trained and committed team that continues to contribute to the Group's growth and evolution in the Dominican Republic. Marcelo Aicardi, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of InterEnergy Group, will continue to comprehensively lead operations in all the markets in which the Group operates. In his management, Aicardi will be supported by Oscar San Martín, who as part of this process will assume the position of Country Manager for the Dominican Republic, in addition to his executive functions as General Manager of CEPM and CEB.
