Castañuelas, Montecristi. – A merchant was injured after being attacked inside his business in an event that has generated concern among the residents of this community in the northwest of the country.
The incident occurred in a commercial establishment known as Supermercado Toribio, where, according to reports, a man nicknamed “Chito” entered the place and, after an altercation, assaulted the owner, Rafelo Genao.
The information indicates that the conflict would have originated when the customer requested to take an alcoholic beverage without paying at the time, to which the merchant refused. Subsequently, the individual would have reacted violently, using a blunt object to attack the owner of the business, causing him injuries to the head.
