New York.- Virginia Huynh, who had a romantic relationship with rapper Sean Combs, known as Diddy, claims she was "pressured" by the prosecution to feel like "a victim" of the musician.
In a letter submitted to federal judge Arun Subramanian on Wednesday night, Huynh indicates that he provided the prosecution with "all the information" and evidence he had, including photographs, videos, and text messages.

However, in meetings with prosecutors, she felt "pressured" to feel like "a victim": "I told them I wasn't, but they insisted I was." According to Huynh, also known as Gina, the prosecution concluded that she had been a victim of sex trafficking and had participated in "forced prostitution," something she said she did not agree with. The woman, 33 years old, claims she was prepared to testify at the trial but that her lawyer informed her that she would not be called to testify. Combs was found guilty last July of two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution, but was exonerated of the more serious crimes - sex trafficking and organized crime - which carried a life sentence. The rapper will know his sentence tomorrow, Friday, which could be a maximum of 20 years. Huynh, who had an on-again, off-again relationship with Combs between 2014 and 2019, was listed as "Victim 3" in the prosecution's indictment, but at the beginning of the trial the prosecutors informed the judge that they had been unable to contact her. Although Gina ultimately did not testify before the court, other witnesses and victims who appeared in court claimed to have seen Combs being violent with her in 2015. In her letter, Gina also underlines that Combs has been "cooperative and respectful" with the authorities, and states that, in this last year, he has not contacted her nor made her feel "uncomfortable". Furthermore, consider that the artist will continue to comply with the conditions imposed by the court after his release. "I am not writing this to downplay the seriousness of the charges or to criticize anyone, but to express how I felt during the investigation and trial," he adds. Last August, Huynh requested bail for her now ex-partner, assuring that he "acknowledged" his mistakes and committed to making "better decisions in the future". Other acquaintances and relatives of the rapper, such as prison mates, former employees, and some of his children, have written to Subramanian in recent days highlighting Combs' "caring" side and asking for his freedom.
