The legend of Latin music celebrates 50 years of career with his new album “Raíces”, and talks about his beginnings, his motivations and the healing power of music.
Santo Domingo.- This Saturday, the "Protagonistas" program, hosted by Ivana Gavrilović, presents an exclusive interview for the Dominican Republic with the iconic artist Gloria Estefan, who celebrates five decades of a successful musical career with the release of her most recent album titled "Raíces".
During the conversation, Gloria enthusiastically shares the pride she feels for her Latin origins and her desire to continue connecting with new generations through her history and her music. With contagious energy, she reflects on the challenges and victories that have marked her path, and how these experiences inspire millions of people today. In an intimate and close tone, the singer talks about the balance she has achieved between her personal life and her artistic career, recognizing the impact that music —both her own and that of other artists— has had in difficult moments of her life:Gloria also highlights the importance of perseverance and inner strength: "There is nothing more motivating than being told you can't," she firmly expresses.
