RD remains only in first place of the U15 Premundial by easily defeating Puerto Rico

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Republic remains in first place after defeating Puerto Rico 8-4. Both teams shared the top spot until the definition of this third game out of six on the schedule of the U15 Pre-World Baseball Tournament, an official event of the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) and organized by the Dominican Baseball Federation (FEDOM). The Caribbean Baseball Confederation (COCABE) is the body responsible for defining the area's representative in the U15 Baseball World Cup to be held in 206 in Italy. The COCABE is part of the Pan American Baseball Confederation, which has already organized the first of three pre-world championships on the continent and Venezuela is the team that first qualifies for the grand world event.


The second game, of the third date of the competitions in search of the king of the Caribbean in the U15 baseball category began with the honorary pitch by the director of the RD Vial Trust, Hostos Rizik, and the national anthems of Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
