Attorney General's Office launches support program for employees with children requiring specialized care

Santo Domingo.– The Attorney General of the Republic, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, led the launch of “Nosotros”, an initiative of the Public Ministry aimed at providing comprehensive support to its collaborators who have sons and daughters who require specialized care and attention.

The launch event, called "We: Vital Space", took place at the Catalonia Hotel, where Reynoso explained that the program seeks to strengthen a more human institutional culture, recognizing the family and personal realities of the Public Ministry's servants. “Today we stop being just a structure, processes and results to become a support network; today, tomorrow and always we will be ‘US’,” expressed the magistrate, highlighting that behind each collaborator there are stories, struggles and family responsibilities that must be taken into account. The initiative includes measures such as emotional support, technical and human support, flexible work schedules to facilitate medical care and therapies, as well as family integration spaces within the institution.
