San Pedro de Macorís. — In a firm commitment to social development and community strengthening, the Aspire Savings and Credit Cooperative (COOP-ASPIRE) officially delivered 33 community signs in the Maestro Lee neighborhood, an initiative driven with the aim of promoting local identity, neighborhood organization, and the beautification of public spaces.
The design and placement of the signage was sponsored by COOP-ASPIRE, under the coordination and approval of the Municipal Council of Consuelo, with the support of municipal figures Lic. Cruz María Jiménez De Polanco, councilwoman; and Lic. Manuel Santana Ramírez, councilman. This action is part of the institutional strategies aimed at strengthening the COOP-ASPIRE brand as a cooperative with Christian principles, through significant contributions that promote social well-being, community collaboration, and the values of cooperativism.
The delivery took place at the headquarters of the municipal City Hall, in a meeting led by Lic. Juan Ignacio Vargas Padilla, trustee; Juan Tolentino, councilor and president of the Capitular Hall; Lic. Juan Polanco Carrasco, councilor; and Lic. Cruz María Jiménez De Polanco, municipal councilor. Members of the community and collaborators of the City Hall also participated.

During their words, the municipal authorities expressed their gratitude to COOP-ASPIRE, highlighting that this type of contribution strengthens the sense of belonging, promotes urban planning, and contributes to the beautification of public spaces. Likewise, they highlighted the sustained support that the cooperative provides to entrepreneurs and micro-entrepreneurs in the municipality, generating opportunities for local growth. In representation of the institution, the Business Director of COOP-ASPIRE reaffirmed the cooperative's commitment to the communities where it has a presence, "supporting the communities where we have a presence is an essential part of our duty as a cooperative with values centered on Christ." He also pointed out that the initiative "represents a significant return to the community of Consuelo, as a sign of gratitude for the trust placed in us as an entity committed to making people's dreams come true.
