Punta Cana. – Expo NTD Punta Cana 2025 was held with resounding success in the Gran Salón Bahía of the Grand Palladium Hotel, where attendees experienced a full experience of flavors, aromas, and knowledge, from the hand of distinguished international chefs, who are representatives of world-renowned brands.
The purpose of NTD is for this event to serve as a platform to showcase innovations, communicate about trends in the category and, through workshops, raise the level of pastry and confectionery in our country. For this reason, this same platform will be developed in different regions of the country, and in the most remote places they will have a more modest version for the businesses of those cities and surrounding areas. In this way, EXPO NTD becomes another space with which NTD Ingredientes contributes to the tourism of the Dominican Republic, imparting knowledge and raising the level of each Chef, who have in their hands the responsibility of creating experiences for their guests.
This was reported by Frank Sánchez, commercial manager of NTD Ingredientes for the Dominican Republic, who explained that this space has been created especially for its clients, allies and those passionate about the art of baking. "Thank you for being here, for your trust, your passion and your commitment to excellence. Together, we are building a solid, collaborative community focused on continuing to raise the quality standard of our industry."
Similarly, he thanked his business partners Dawn Foods, Komplet, Scandic Foods, Barry Callebaut for their constant support and innovative ideas through their products, which demonstrate their genuine commitment to the growth of this business.
"During all these years in which we have had the privilege of marketing your products in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, their quality has remained constant. The fact of knowing that, when making their breads, cakes and pastries, they always have the same level of excellence, which translates into satisfied customers and prosperous businesses," he highlighted.
According to Mr. Sánchez, the main purpose of this event is to inspire clients, offer them new ideas for the use of their products, and clarify doubts about the brands that currently accompany them. In addition, it seeks to reinforce continuous collaboration so that their businesses can grow and evolve.
As part of this commitment, two specialized centers have been made available: the Santo Domingo Innovation and Development Center and the Punta Cana center, inaugurated at the end of 2024. The latter aims to provide personalized technical support to all clients in the eastern region of the country.

Expo NTD Punta Cana 2025 featured a portfolio of more than four hundred references from 48 suppliers, more than 60 brands and around 200 of their main and most innovative products.
Within the framework of this event, those present participated in a Cooking Show hosted by the guest chefs, who shared their knowledge and experiences.
