Peravia.- Baní is preparing to receive hundreds of visitors for the 2025 edition of Expomango, which will be held from June 18 to 22 at the Plazoleta del Ayuntamiento de Baní.
Peravia, the "Mango Capital", hosts this edition of the Dominican national mango festival, organized by the Dominican Mango Cluster, which seeks to promote the increase in the productivity and quality of the fruit, as well as the sustainable development of the agro-fruit sector.This year, the fair is dedicated to the Minister of Agriculture and agricultural producer, Limber Cruz, in recognition of his contribution to the development of Dominican agriculture.
During the week, the event will bring together producers, technicians, researchers, agro-exporters, and authorities, who will share knowledge, technological advances, and strategies to boost the mango industry in the country. As part of the program, Technical Sessions will be held on Friday, June 20th, and Saturday, June 21st, at the 556.
Expomango is not only a platform for innovation and training, but also a cultural celebration that highlights the potential of the mango as a symbol of national pride and an engine of economic development.
