Fire reduces five homes to ashes in Villa Penca, Haina

Bajos de Haina.– A fire reduced five homes to ashes on Wednesday afternoon in the Villa Penca sector of the municipality of Bajos de Haina, leaving several families homeless and with considerable material losses.

The disaster caused moments of anguish and despair among the residents of the community, who watched as the flames quickly consumed the affected homes. The affected families lost their belongings and possessions, remaining in a vulnerable condition, while community members and neighbors initiated calls for solidarity to help those affected.

Faced with the magnitude of the damage, residents of the sector requested the intervention of the corresponding authorities to carry out an assessment of the losses and offer assistance to the affected families.
