Personal brand strategist and lecturer Gisel Castillo gave the conference "The Power of Being Visible" at the Romero restaurant, located in San Francisco de Macorís. More than 100 businesswomen and executives from the Duarte province attended the meeting.
"The Power of Being Visible" is an experience created by Gisel Castillo with the purpose of encouraging people to recognize the value of their story, project their essence, and build an authentic and relevant brand within their industries and communities.
One of the most special moments of the day was the launch of the book "Ser visible", by Gisel Castillo, a work that seeks to inspire and guide those who wish to develop a more strategic, human, and powerful presence.
The event was supported and accompanied by Elaine Santos, architect and manager of the Romero restaurant, while the master of ceremonies was in charge of Kiara Romero.
The experience "The Power of Being Visible" included a panel of leading and outstanding professional women, comprised of Dr. Jaileni Alejo, surgeon dentist and co-owner of Dental Place; Fanny Goris, architect of human systems and CEO of FIG Consulting; and Karen Gómez Almonte, consultant in strategic communication and institutional relations, who shared their experiences on professional growth, authenticity, and the impact of visibility in their respective careers.
