Delta Air Lines | Cibao International Airport

Santiago.- Authorities from the Ministry of Public Health are investigating a health emergency recorded aboard a Delta Air Lines flight that departed from Santiago bound for New York and had to return to the Cibao International Airport after several passengers began vomiting and reported a strong odor inside the aircraft.

According to preliminary information, the bad smell began to be perceived inside the cabin while several passengers presented dizziness, nausea and vomiting simultaneously, causing moments of tension and concern in mid-flight.
