Manuel Rivas, former OMSA director, passes away

Santo Domingo, R.D. Manuel Rivas, who served as the former director of the Metropolitan Office of Bus Services (OMSA), a well-known figure in the field of public transportation and state administration of the Dominican Republic, has passed away.
