Azua.– With the aim of strengthening the quality of medical care and promoting dignified and respectful treatment towards patients, the Taiwan Regional Hospital held a training day for some of its staff, focused on the humanization of health services.
The training was given by Dr. Heriberto Orangel Silfa, who addressed the importance of providing person-centered care, highlighting fundamental values such as empathy, effective communication, and respect in each medical care process.
During the meeting, participants exchanged experiences and reflected on practices that contribute to improving the relationship between healthcare personnel and users of the healthcare system, which allows for raising the quality standards in the services offered.
