The rector also reported that the Avilés Blonda building will soon have new spaces for the training of talent specialized in emerging technologies, with the support of the central government. For her part, Rosario Bernard considered that the alliance combines the academic experience of UASD with the technological specialization of ITLA to respond to the demands of the digital economy and the new challenges of the labor market. "The agreement we are signing today unites history with the future, academic experience with applied innovation and national expansion with technological specialization," she said. The rector of ITLA pointed out that artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, and semiconductors are redefining the global economy, therefore he considered it necessary to strengthen technological training in the country.
