Santo Domingo.- The widely consumed fuels in the population will not undergo price changes for the week of July 19 to 25, the Government affirmed in a statement released this Friday.
Premium gasoline will maintain its price of 290.10 pesos per gallon, while regular will remain at 272.50 pesos, indicated the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Mipymes. You may be interested in: Also, the optimal diesel will continue to be sold at 242.10 pesos per gallon and regular at 224.80 pesos per gallon. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), another of the mass-use fuels, will also maintain its price of 137.20 pesos per gallon. Natural gas will also not undergo alteration and will be sold at 43.97 pesos per cubic meter. Furthermore, avtur will be sold at 193.01 pesos per gallon, an increase of 1.44 pesos; kerosene will increase by 1.50 pesos to be sold at 224.30 pesos per gallon. Also, fuel oil #6 will be sold at 158.83 pesos per gallon, while 1%S fuel oil at 170.29 pesos, reflecting increases of 2.22 pesos and 2.57 pesos, respectively. According to the information, the government allocated a subsidy of 183.8 million for this week to keep the prices of "essential" fuels unchanged in Dominican households and productive sectors.
