From Miss Atlantico RD to Miss RD Latina 2025; Joheidy Juma represents Puerto Plata

Joheidy Juma, only 19 years old, is the representative of Puerto Plata and an official candidate for the Miss República Dominicana Latina 2025 pageant.
She was Miss Atlántico Dominican Republic 2024. She is a student of modern languages, with a major in tourism, a distinguished participant and on several occasions a judge in the model of the United Nations at the regional level in the province of Puerto Plata. She is currently an early childhood teacher, has always worked in favor of children, and one of her greatest concerns, and the reason she works to bring about change in society, is the environment and climate change.

She is a young woman who stands out for her peculiar way of performing monologues, for having excellent oratory skills, an exotic face and skin color, and for not only being an image or highlighting her beauty, but also for being a voice with which many girls and young women identify, and for marking a before and after in Dominican history.
Joelysa Rodríguez, miss Latin America Dominican Republic 2010, professional model, communicator, announcer, master of ceremonies and director of the Reina y Rey del Atlántico República Dominicana pageant, is in charge of her preparation and advice, together with the outstanding professional makeup artist, model and CEO of AG Social Management Ángel Fernández.

Next Saturday, August 9th, will be the preliminary of Miss República Dominicana Latina, at the facilities of Acrópolis B. Mall, where Joheidy will compete with candidates from different provinces and could become the next Miss RD Latina to represent us in Miss América Latina del Mundo 2025.
