Santo Domingo.– Singer Zulinka Pérez, along with her husband Miguel Báez, thanked for the support and the emotional reception to the concert “Zulinka y Miguel”, held at the Maunaloa Night Club & Casino, in honor of the eternal legacy of “The highest voice of merengue”, Rubby Pérez.
“Thank you for being part of this new project, Zulinka and Miguel. I am infinitely grateful to you, because we had not planned it, but God wanted it to be this way. And when God gives something, you have to accept it,” said Zulinka.

Visibly moved, Zulinka expressed that her biggest challenge is to get on stage without her father by her side, but that her commitment is to keep his legacy alive through music.
“The biggest challenge is that I won't have Daddy by my side. That's my biggest challenge. Then comes the acceptance of people. Also, Daddy trained us for this… not exactly for this situation, but he did train us to be leaders,” highlighted Zulinka.
From his side, Miguel Báez indicated that, more than a show, this tour represents a promise of continuity.
The "Zulinka y Miguel" tour will continue in Venezuela, with two special performances: on June 13 at the Hotel Hesperia in Valencia, and on June 14 at the Poliedro in Caracas, as part of the Merengazo event. There, the rhythm, the emotion, and the Dominican musical heritage will once again ignite the hearts of the international audience.
